Review: Captains of Crush Grippers

This week I just wanted to recommend a truly great product. These grippers really help  to improve your grip strength. There are multiple reasons that you might want to do this. For me, I know that I could lift more weight on the deadlifts if my grip were a bit stronger. I don’t have a wimpy handshake or anything, but I need to improve my grip if I want to maximize this lift. I got one of these for Christmas and it is already awesome. You can feel that it is high quality and is 10x more difficult than any of those grippers you can crank out a thousand reps on. You should treat it like any other workout you do. Pick a couple of days a week and do 3 sets of 5 or so. You will definitely notice a difference! Just pay attention to what they say about the difficulties so you don’t get one that is too difficult or too easy. The are a bit rough on the wallet, but the good news is they have a good resale value.
